October 8-9, 2011 Rally Russia - one of the most significant events in the Russian motorsports - will take place in the vicinity of Novorossiysk.

The track in Novorossiysk has no analogues in Russia. It is on the basis of our competition that the WRC stage is planned to be held. The first candidate rally was held in 2008 and the track was highly evaluated by the experts of the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). The Eastern European Rally Cup final took place in Novorossiysk in 2009.

Rally Russia 2011 will be held as the final stage of the Eastern European Rally Cup (with the highest complexity factor - 10) and the final stage of the Russian Rally Championship.

The sportsmen and audience will see the impressive and memorable event: the crews will have to overcome about 220 motor kilometers of the track for three racing days.

• October 7, Friday evening - pre-start press conference, festive start and the first motor kilometers of the race which the crews will have to overcome in the dusk, in the light of the headlights.
  
• Saturday and Sunday (October 8-9) - two full-time racing days, rich in events as usually at the Novorossiysk Rally.
  
• October 9, Sunday evening - Rally Russia 2011 finish, press-conference and the awarding ceremony.

The competition in Novorossiysk draws attention of the Russian an international media: in 2009 40 journalists (including 8 prints and 6 television teams) were accredited at the race. Novorossiysk Rally Russia 2009 reviews were published in Russian, English, Italian, Polish, Estonian, Czech, Bulgarian and Romanian. Many leading web-sites reported about the Rally. Television time of the Novorossiysk Rally Russia 2009 amounted to more than 90 minutes.

Press service of the Rally works in two languages (Russian and English) and prepares news materials, including those specially for international media. Total internet audience of the Novorossiysk Rally amounts to more than 500 000 people.
