The road is waiting for sportsmen

Yury Proschalygin ("Rally Russia" Route manager): "By now the road of "Rally Russia" has been prepared by graders, it has been checked and reconnaissance has been made. The Road book and Safety plan are almost completed.

The organizers took into consideration last year experience when there were heavy rains in Krasnodarsky region. This year each special stage has its alternative route.

 




Two new special stages are prepared as well. The first one is near Gelendzhik, "Golubaya buhta". The beginning of it is a wide gravel road, then it is a narrow forest part and at the end the road is again wide and gravel. The second new special stage is near Verhnebakansky and Gorny villages, the name of it is SS "Gorniy". The beginning of it is the same as "Golubaya buhta", first five kilometers, and the rest is a narrow forest part. Both stages are three dimensional and curved, as usual in Novorossiysk.

 

There will be 4 brigades of stewards this year, they are complete. Now we are preparing marshals. Traditionally Cossacks will help secure.
